Under her Education and Nutrition Project, Health Education and Empowerment Initiative (HEDEN) is in partnership with Action Health Incorporated (AHI) as a sub-grantee of MacArthur Foundation in monitoring the implementation of the Home-Grown School Feeding Program (HGSFP) in 14 schools in Ifo Local Government Area of Ogun state.

The project is a N500 Billion Federal Government-led N70 per day school feeding program that aims to improve the health and educational outcomes of public primary school pupils. It provides free school meals with food procured from local smallholder farmers. The aim is to strengthen communities by increasing school enrolment, reducing the incidence of malnutrition and empowering community women as cooks and supporting small holder farmers which helps to stimulate economic growth.

Over 8.5million primary 1-3 pupils are being fed in over 47,000 schools across the country.
